The website of British financial services giant 118 118 Money allows prospective customers to apply for credit cards and loans, lets existing customers manage their accounts, and features a section devoted to helpful financial advice in the form of blog posts, interactive calculators, video, and infographics.
Working closely with product managers and developers, I was involved in every step of the process, from the initial concept, to user flows, wireframes, mocks, implementation, and testing. It was a challenging project because we had to make sure we were in compliance with fairly complex business and legal requirements.
The launch of the site was a huge success, culminating in 118 118 Money being named Alternative Lender of the Year at the 2015 Credit Today Awards.
